The Lewiston boys’ basketball team started the season this year with their first practice on November 15. During the first week, a lot of time was spent on fundamentals and conditioning. The boys also learned some offense and defenses that will be run. The second week of practice was a short one with Thanksgiving break. More time was spent conditioning and learning offense and defense.
The first game will be this Friday against Freeman. The game is at home and is always a good one. So far the boys have been showing a lot of enthusiasm and hard work during practice. They could and should be very competitive this year.
